The
Dubroom reviews a lot of different material, from
musical to educational to beneficial and more.
We've got music, but also material for artists and
producers as well as researchers of more conscious
material. As always, when the Dubroom reviews
something, this means that this website considers
the material at least fair. So don't expect any
negative reviews. When it's here, we recommend it.
Period.

(DUB) REGGAE MUSIC |
|
INTRODUCTION |
Websites
with relevant information of any kind, as
long as it is about the music that we all
love so much. This can be an exceptional
artist site, but also a personal homepage
from a serious sufferer of Reggaemylitis or
a place on the Web with stuff that every
lover of (DUB) Reggae should know (about).
These are the kinds of site that the Dubroom
is looking to review.

MIKEYDREAD.com
DUBROOM
WEBSITE REVIEW |
WWW,
December 2009 - Michael "Dread at
the Controls" Campbell left us in March
2008, but his website is still online and
can, no, should be visited by everyone
interested in Reggae History.
Mikey Dread
is much more than "just" a
Jamaican Reggae artist with a history, even
though that in itself is a reason alone to
check out what his official website has to
say about him.

DUB-CONNECTION.net
DUBROOM
WEBSITE REVIEW |
WWW,
May 2009 - One of the advantages of the
Internet over the Outernet is the vast
amount of resource material available for
who-ever in interested in what-ever. Take
the Dub Connection website, for example.

REGGAENEWS.co.uk
DUBROOM
WEBSITE REVIEW |
WWW,
November 2008 - Reggae News? That's not just
a boring list of information that nobody is
really waiting for. At least, not in the UK.
At least, not according to the people behind
the Reggae news UK website.
Self-presented
as "The UK's Leading Reggae
Website", Reggae News UK is most
definitely an essential place in Cyberspace.
One could argue about that self-description,
one could not argue that the name of the
website is in fact an understatement.

GOLDHEARTMUSIC.com
DUBROOM
WEBSITE REVIEW |
WWW,
May 2007 - For heavy contemporary DUB, most
people would look to the UK. And rightly so,
because the UK is traditionally associated
with some of the heaviest DUB: the Mad
Professor, for example.
And for
heavy contemporary Roots, most people would
look to Jamaica. Rightly so, too, as Jamaica
is literally the Roots of Reggae and keeps
feeding the branches from it's fertile soil.

ALPHA
AND OMEGA DUB SITE
DUBROOM
WEBSITE REVIEW |
WWW,
March 2007 - More often than not, when you
visit a specific artist's website you will
not really find anything more than a list of
releases.
Sure, many
of these sites may have a spectacular
presentation. But then, it's all in the
presentation and not in the contents. And do
we really surf the Internet just to look at
spectacular presentations?
